Anritsu OSLN50-1 calibration Tee - need cal constants

Do you guys mind a little cross posting to Test Equipment?  There are really two different groups of members.

If not, does anyone have cal constants for this Anritsu Tee cal kit (OSL)?  I've measured the delays but would like to get the Cx and Lx values correct for use to 6GHz.  Anyone with a VNA Master or relative of it may be able to bring up the values, I don't know.
