It is a bad sign when someone is selling what purports to be a "circuit breaker" as a DC unit when the silkscreen on the device clearly states 400V AC 50 Hz.  It is unlikely to be suitable for DC at any voltage even if it actually is an overcurrent device. 

At $5, there is a good chance that it is a mislabelled disconnect like BigClive showed rather than an actual circuit breaker with overcurrent protection.  Who buys these things?!

There is a rule in the UK that only breakers from the same manufacturer as the consumer unit (panel) may be fitted. I don't know if it's the same in the US.

I wish people would stop perpetuating the idea that thing is mislabeled. It is not, it is a plain and simple fake.

Also, a genuine 3-pole MCB can be had for about $10 in single quantity..

Uhm, there's at least three in my house. I know they exist. That's not one of them. I find it quite unlikely that the internal construction and 'contacts' would comply with IEC 60947-3 or any other applicable standard, certainly not to AC22A or AC23A.

It's a fake, not a labelling accident.

That's before any trade or quantity discounts, and they're probably not the cheapest around. MCBs are extremely cheap to make, thanks in great part to the economy of scale. Which is why the companies making them are so set on forcing slight safety improvements into the regulations at a 10-200x increase in price..
