Vintage OCXO Unitra
« on: March 21, 2016, 08:53:13 pm »
A quick teardown of an OCXO made in Poland by Unitra in 1986. This oscillator was use in many counters made in Romania and Poland. I have 2 counters that use this model and both are spot on after so many years.

If three 100  Ohm resistors are connected in parallel, and in series with a 200 Ohm resistor, how many resistors do you have?

My post displays the pics on Firefox, chrome,Vivaldi and Explorer...  now it's your turn.
Not sure what you are running, so I can't tell you the correct number of chickens to sacrifice in order to fix it :)

I don't know why the sine wave is flat. And yes it's a tunnel diode.
A also found the service manual for a similar model.
