Wearable IMU?

Hi,
can someone recommend me a wearable accelerometer?
- worn on the lower leg
- battery lifetime > 3 days
- logging rate can be very low (1xminute), only for discrimination between laying and sitting/standing

But rather expensive (200 USD including shipping)
