Weller WXPP iron

Hey guy's, I'm new here.
Recently I bought a WX1 with WXPP Iron and RTP 001 C tip.
Also I'm ordering chisel and beveled tips.
For prototyping purposes I want to assemble by hand some QFN and 0.5mm pitch devices where is not possible to do it using hot air.
Which materials do you recommend for use this kind of tips, I mean, what kind of solder wire, what kind of flux and cleaner, and how to clean the tip.
There's no information in the Weller web page, or YouTube tutorials regarding this kind of equipment.
By the way, I'm new in this kind of size jobs, but my projects forced me to do it and I'm glad to develop my skills within this awesome universe.
