Just checked eBay, and i was wrong about shipping prices they're actually 45-60$+import charges !!!

Import from Germany or UK. No tax then surely?

Also I have a friend from Lithuania who lives in the UK. He often travels back there. If there is something you really want I could ask him to take it when he goes back over.

Thanks, i'll think about it.
After my quick look on eBay i got the impression that there are alot of old/vintage desoldering stations but just a few newer ones, most of them ( mostly used hakko stations ) are missing parts ( cables, filters, handpieces ) and alot of them are wrong voltage ( 110V while here it's 220V ). Imo, it would be better to wait for the local distributor to have it in stock, after all it will have some kind of warranty at least.
