JBC AD4200 with PA1200 tweezer

Hello , I have a JBC AD4200 station and a PA1200 tweezers with PA8120 stand , unfortunately the stand with the station are not compatible and the tweezers  work only on one side. For this station the PA8100 stand would be needed to recognize the PA1200 tweezers. Does anyone have any idea how to change the PA8120 stand to the PA8100? Or a solution to make the PA1200 tweezers work at the AD4200 station. Thank you.

Someone who has the PA8100 stand may be kind enough to take some photos  of the wires inside between the connectors. Thank you Costas.
