Does anyone have a Quick 816dw

I got one recently and there is a nasty smell from it,  maybe its the rubber on the hose ?

Anyone else experience this ?

Was a bit sutprised how strong it was!

I have experienced a foul odor from an X tronic hot air station. I, too, believe it came from the rubber hose. It went away after a few months.

I believe the smell is cancer, personally. Some say it is just the air of Shenzen district, trapped in the plastic bags.
