I'm sure they're great for people with arthritis or otherwise have poor dexterity of the digits.
When I clicked on it, I immediately thought of my own favorite pair of pliers at my bench. It is the tiny but sturdy plier head taken out of a Gerber clutch brazed to a couple lengths of curved 1/4" mild steel rods for a handle. It's not for handling tiny things with a full grip. It's for applying huge amounts of pressure and torque to a tiny area and/or in tight spots with accuracy. (And it's handy for tightening/loosening fasteners). That doesn't appear to be the idea behind the plizers in OP's link, with their breezy thin jaws.
