Any one tried the aixun p2408 power supply?

Hello I started to learn how to learn basic electronic repairing recently and would like to find a budget DC power supply. I looking for compact size power supply as the the space is limited and it leaves me few choices. I almost ordered toolkitrc p200 before I read some of the users on this forum burn their units due to short circuit. Another one I found is the aixun p2408 but there is no review on it . Could anyone give some opinions on this model? Thanks!
