Ground reference planes for EMC testing

I'm looking for a source for a ground plane suitable for and EMC pre-compliance setup. 

I don't want an unweidly single sheet, so I was wondering about a folding sheet like this:

Does anyone have experience of the roll-up ground plane, or have you made your own folding ground sheet? 

Where is a good source for metal sheets in the UK/Europe?
