Same concept (all inside the handle) is pretty common now. Very practical when traveling. I have a similar no name for a few years, only rarely using it.
Though, the cable is usually rather thick, stiff, and melts easily if touched with the hot part, when compared with the flexible and heat resistant silicon cable seen in a bench soldering station. Even so, handheld soldering stations like that do their job very well if operated with care.
If possible, choose a model with monocardridge tips (the one in the OP image is not), and beware of what kind of monocardridge tip it has. Some might look the same as well known brands, but in fact have proprietary sizes that does not match.
There are some battery powered thermostated soldering irons, too. Very practical to occasionally solder something in the back of the garden, or at the car, when there is no mains power around.
And then, there are USB hand-held soldering stations, too, never tried a USB soldering iron yet so I'm not sure how practical would that be, sounds suspicious.
