Honest review about NORVI devices - NOT COMMERCIAL ADV

Hi forum.
We are going to build in an industrial facility a small PLC that needs to be - by client request - cost effective.
I found this small device from the company NORVI from Sri-Lanka. And we focused on this particular device here https://norvi.lk/industrial-esp32-norvi-iiot/ that has a fraction of a cost rather than other big brands like Siemens or Bosch or other.
I have seen that is mostly used in IOT but also in industrial branch. Has all necessary FCC certifications, so before using it I would give a try.
I know by Siemens you pay for the quality but really there is no need here for a high power PLC. It has to be very basic.
It has to be reliable (need to steer only a couple of valves). Have you ever experienced use of this device?
I wanted to know really (please no fake adv) if it has all the specs that suits the use.
