NTHDSD: New Thru-Hole Desoldering Station Day
« on: May 28, 2015, 11:49:01 pm »
So I just got this Black Jack Solder Werks BK4000 desoldering station. Couldn't find much about it online but it was $129 delivered from Circuit Specialists. I lifted another pad on a board I was trying to repair and I'm just done with that. Doesn't happen often but when it does it seems like it's in the worst place ever!  :palm: I hope it works good. Anybody own or use one of these?

I was wondering how this is working for you? Did it perform as expected?

Sorry, been away from the forum for a while but yeah it works great. You must keep it clean though. Empty out the old solder and such.
