As far is i know, the RT809 (F or H) is very common in your country. Maybe you find someone near you. Otherwise, just buy a new AT24C08C and try starting with a empty one.

If you wan't to upload a bin file, rename it to .txt extension.

Just zip the file instead wasting forum space.

Yes, I tried the same thing, it doesn’t work, but I flashed it with my programmer and haven’t found another one yet
