It s going to depend on what type media the MF is set up to use. Some use MF sheets, other uses MF on a spool (like movie film) and others use smaller film that's in a cartridge. In fact, IIRC there are two different type cartridges. some all?) MF machines are built so that you can change the mechanism to use different media (with extra cost optional parts). But usually if you buy a used one you only get the setup that's currently on it. I need a MF that reads sheets but the only machine that I found for sale at a reasonable costs had the reel setup on it. The used market (E-Greed and the like) seems to like that the parts are made of gold and wants about $600 for the lensboard and lens that I need.
PS does the printer on your's work? Mine doesn't seem to and none of the few machines that I've found in this area having working printers.
