10W/3mW medical laser partial teardown

A partial teardown of a made in Italy medical laser equipment, used to treat skin and oral diseases.
This is an old model (2006) wich has the laser diode unit cooled directly by water, the newer model has much more power but with a small form factor and it's only air cooled.
Not too much interesting I guess, but I'm trying to contribute to this forum
