effect of out of band light on photosensitive inks?

If you are doing UV exposure, does out of band light (inactive) have any effect on the ink in some kind of optical mixer process?

I assume no but I don't fully understand the reaction because they add things like photosensitizers. I.e. yellow light + uv light

I assume there is no reason not to ...?
