Can anyone identify these wireless headphones?

I picked this up in a thrift shop.  There's no markings on it of any kind. There is a power switch, and a rotary volume control that also pushes in and clicks.
It turns on with a red light, but holding the power switch longer, or clicking the volume control does nothing.  It doesn't get picked up as a Bluetooth device on my smartphone, or any of my devices.
Any ideas what this is?
