People this tiny box does not have AC Amperes range.
Do not carried away with the impression that it has.   :)

It just measures volts , and DC current of small batteries.

I very much doubt a shitty meter like this will be any more dangerous than any other cheap Chinese household appliance: wall wart, radio etc. I probably wouldn't use one to work on an appliance fitted with a 13A fuse but 3A isn't much of an explosion hazard. I've shorted circuited a mains circuit with a 13A fuse before and it made a hell of a bang, 3A was just like a little pop though.
