Anyone know of a teardown or review of JBC BT-2BWA?
« on: February 24, 2017, 05:54:14 pm »
The JBC BT-2BWA is an analog-looking soldering station. It's probably not like the standard analog stations of old, since you can buy a programming device that can set the timeouts and temperatures of sleepmode etc. I'm curious how this looks inside, but I haven't found a review or teardown anywhere.

It's not very common, since it's only built for a company in Germany (Weidinger) and few stores carry it. On the JBC site it's hard to find any data, and if you do it's under the 'discontinued' label.

Has anyone seen any teardown pictures or reviews, or if you own one would you be willing to open it up and make some photos?
