Since you've got the board it was connected to, you should be able to reverse engineer the connections without too much trouble.
Serial number 006?? Obviously a big seller. Maybe that's why it never made it to the Bliley web site. The closest I could find is NV93. I know that 'N' means it's an OCXO and 'V' means it has EFC. I don't know if the numbers have any special significance.
I can't believe that Austron would use a chassis mount 9 pin tube socket and just stick wires on it like that. Seems bizarre!
