Aeroflex 3283 Spectrum Analyzer (Serie 3280)

I have a defective Aeroflex 3283 Spectrum Analyzer.  the signal analyzer software cannot be started.  the error appears in the picture.  I suspect that the software cannot communicate with the DIP and RCON cards because the firmware on the cards has been lost.  I found a tool on the hard drive that can be used to load the firmware onto the cards.  unfortunately I'm missing the HEX files.
(pioneer.hex, main.hex, adc.mcs)

Can someone help me with this problem ?
