crt tube for oscilloscope leader lbo-315

I live in Guatemala an extremely poor country, I have a oscilloscopio brand leader buy on ebay but the tube CRT damage during transport need to get in touch with someone who sells me monitor this in the united states of america, really do not want pull the oscilloscope, is a great machine and deserves many more years of use.
Monitor numbers are

1g and 3e18004

locate the parts on ebay but can not find it and I've searched the web. please,

It will probably be very difficult to find a CRT replacement for this scope.
I have one of them and it always works perfectly. Usually something else will fail, before the tube goes bad.
Leader has stopped a long time ago to supply parts for these scopes.

It does not seem to be a valid type number of a CRT.
Without the correct type number, you will never find a replacement CRT.
Look better on glass of the broken parts or look after a schematic or a repair manual.
It's perhaps a 150CTB31 Toshiba, but I am not sure of it.
