Hi, I have no idea how i happened, but it looks like the pad bent one way, and the IC leg the other way. I can clean it, so don’t mind that.
It’s oxidised lead free solder which wouldn’t wet to attach wires, so I blobbed leaded solder over it and sucked it up. Maybe the recoil from the spring loaded sucker hit it, and probably too hot.

I was thinking of either scoring the part of the pad nearest the adjacent leg. It’s not actually connected, but too close for comfort.
Another approach might be to slot a blade in there, and try to move it when heated again.

Assuming the pad is still held on by a trace you should be able to move it back into place while it's hot and covered in flux.

It's usually pretty easy to bend a leg back.
They don't usually snap off with a single bend and bend back. It usually takes more than that.

You could simply scrape off the area to the left of it a little (to expose the copper on the board) with a flat screwdriver or a boxcutter, then clean it up with alchohol, and solder up a leg of a component to it (or a wire, and then solder it to the component). See this as an example:

I would just bend everything back in place with a pair of sharp tweezers. Seen worse than that!
