Spectracom 9183 Firmware?

Hi folks,

I've just acquired an older Spectracom9183 netclock. It appears to have a very early build of FW/SW.
I'm looking for a more recent version of the binary, as mine is running ver 1.20, and the "newest" version this old potato runs is 2.3.1.  A lot of features are missing in 1.20.

A copy of the binary is stored on the device in the /sys/bin/ folder. The binary can be downloaded from the device via FTP over the serial config port, or via the network interface.
I'm hoping for assistance from anyone who owns and operates a 9183, my super long-shot request is for a copy of the 2.3.0 or 2.3.1 bin file.
