EIP 578 (not 578A or 578B) service manual?

Hello, I'm repairing my EIP 578 and I have only been able to find the service manual for the 578A or 578B model. Is there one available for the "578" model (not A or B)? My unit just says 578 on the front panel and "578 CCN 2004" on a sticker on the rear. I have already found some differences in my unit from the B service manual so would like to find the exact "578" service manual for my unit to avoid confusion/errors.

Someone sells what seems to be the 578 service manual on Ebay for $15 but I thought i'd ask here first.

Edit: I bought the one on Ebay as that was for a 578 CCN 2003, almost exactly for my unit. Only one year off so should be very accurate.
