One thing I don't understand is ...
That factory in Rostov that made these -  "Rostov optical-mechanical plant" - on their website they mostly have recruiting info, open positions, salary, mostly engineering, Verilog, C programmers, electronics engineers, etc. But then I found this - "chocolatière", permanent position.

They take their chocolate seriously!
Need to provide sweet life for their employees  :) BTW not completely right term, don't see this to be particularly about chocolate.

More like a pastry chef in the staff cafeteria. Or a short order cook for on the go snacks in the day. Big company likely there is a staff cafeteria, most likely with both a fixed menu and a limited selection of other convenience foods. Likely it mostly does a lunch selection.
