This is not SOIC, looks more like TSSOP. Pin pinch distance? https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/packages/PG-TSSOP/PG-TSSOP-8-1/

It's MSOP8. Package Marking "AUE" delivers OPA727.

It is OPA727, you can google for pictures how it looks like. But why did you decide it's faulty to begin with?
