and another question what is the best handle to get 907 or p9 or m8 metal ?

and another question i see t12 c245 etc of tips what is the difference between them ?
im asking about the t12 because a friend of mine suggested that for me but he work with mobile boards i don't i only do consoles , pc , gpu , laptops and im not sure that why i asked ?

This is a generic T12 soldering station. There are dozens of clones/variations. The overall design is generally fine with most of them, but build quality is pretty random as with any cheap Chinese product. I doubt you will find anyone with first hand experience with this exact version from this exact seller.

C245 tip range has higher thermal mass tips, but both are fine for general repair work.

Those T12 stations are good enough as far as inexpensive stations go. I can't suggest a specific seller, I have not bough one for a long time.

No problem about the reseller what about that exact modle is it good or I need to get other modle cause from what I know some of them have some issues like grounding for example

No idea, as I said, there are a ton of them out there and new ones pop up regularly. Who knows what's on the inside even if the label is the same.

The best thing you can do is inspect it after you get one. Getting cheap stuff will always be a gamble.
