Does anyone have a source where I can get a system disk? I'm still looking for some drivers!

Can you recheck your model? The Prefix TLA means logic analyzer but the suffix  5052B is an oscilloscope.

The recovery CD's for the TLA5000B series are on the xdevs website, (may be floating around on other archive websites).

For TDS5000B Oscilloscopes I haven't seen the recovery image online.

Hello,

I just upload to xdevs the Recovery disks, tekscope and software options disk for TDS5000B. Perhaps is not available for a few days until they review it.

I hope it helps someone.

I made a mistake ... it's a TLA5204B...
