It appears to be an Atmel/Microchip part -- AT56C11-1TLT.

I see references to AT56C11-1T6T and AT56C11-1TNT. None of these traders appear to know what they are selling. I'm guessing it's a preprogrammed MCU.

FWIW, the Rabbit 3000 Microprocessor is an AT56C55-IL1T:
