I’m not sure I fully understand what you are asking. It sounds like your power supply has a dead short. You could make a dim bulb tester to act as a current limiter and then try to find the short, especially if you can bring it up slowly on a variac. A safer bet would be to try to find it with a multimeter first. Your most likely culprit will be an electrolytic capacitor that is shorted internally. Likely you have damaged components now.

ok thanks

I also want to know what is the basic of testing, like i m afraid if i  testing 100 w or 2 kw ,   have seen people in lab use MCB as protection

So how should i set up testing wiring, for whether 100w or 5 kw

Sir ,, now my question what should be protection in lab if i just conect input output for high power,(  not asking how to test), asking protection sir

The TIP of a BULB DIM is indeed a GOLDEN RULE.

Don't  - JUST DON'T - TURN ON A FAULTY DEVICE WITHOUT A DIM BULB

The POWER is also very important - use a SET OF BULBs - which the SUM
is equivalent to the power of DUT - e.g. the BULBs power is equal to the
device power.

Put the DIMs in series with the line of the device and try to turn it on
it the bulb lits the device is dead shorted.

In this case to proceed is very handy a VARIAC as well
