Tektronix DP7054 SPC Fail

I'm encountering SPC Fail at my DPO7054.
Does anyone of you know how to resolve this kind of problem?
Firmware is already the latest Version 5.3.5 Build 22.

I'd suggest taking a closer look at the ADCs. 225 indicates the software can't communicate with one of the ADCs; 343 is ADC-related as well.
