It is almost all good now thanks to SMdudes idea! I've 'resoldered' the big Advantest chip next to the video RAM. (Would it be crazy to call that a GPU?)
Now only warning windows and pop up messages are broken ... ?






And I don't have a step attenuator installed yet ... 400$ replacement part

I also tried fixing the the red stripe on the display, but nothing helps or even changes, so I bought a reasonably priced replacement display.

I started repair from it.
I made full a replacement of the capacitors

On the photo 24 and 25 showed switch(EEPROMWRITE) wich placed on the back panel. This switch in the opened state give possibility made changes in the Software.
This swith is easy to access for engineers and it give possibility to make procedure without avoiding calibration stciker labels.

No. I did not do it.
Remember! There FAT16 is not FAT32!

Was find a working image from another R3273 and write it by dd to new 16mb CF, but still the same, please insert system disk on the screen and requests to floppy.
Any help will be appreciated.

Try to format the CF with this tool:
https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/

Then copy the files directly onto it. This worked for me.

@3G57 im still interested in a copy of your CF-Card. Because you have some useful Options, like GSM, Bluetooth, AM/FM Demod.

The Software Options are transferable between Machines. These are files on the CF-Card.

Maybe I can make a Package with all Options for everyone.
