Trouble to identify smd tantulum from gpu

Hey buddies,
I have trouble to figure out what style of code that is and thus the voltage of this capacitor is. I mean d=20V can not be right under a gtx660ti gpu die or am I mistaken?

The video card's input power is 12v and 3.3v
The gpu runs at 1..2v , the ram runs at 1v...1.6v so the capacitors on the output of the VRMs can be rated for 2v or even less.
See for example Panasonic catalogue, go to page 13:
https://industrial.panasonic.com/cdbs/www-data/pdf/ABE0000/ABE0000COL61.pdf
They use d= 2.0 , e = 2.5 , g = 4.0 , j = 6.3 , A = 10 , C = 16 , D = 20 , E = 25 , V = 35
So it's probably a 470uF 2v polymer capacitor. It's not tantalum... pure tantalum, it could have some tantalum in it but I doubt it.
