FLUKE 754 does not generate current nor does it measure

Hello friends, I hope you can help me with your comments, I have a fluke 754 that does not measure current nor does it generate current, I replaced some components that were in short circuit such as the Q26, CR614, CR615, Q612, Q622, Q610, Q629 and R613 ( Open), now the equipment generates half of the value displayed on the screen. Can someone suggest any solution please? or if someone has the diagram or user manual I would really appreciate it.
