Fluke VT04 camera repair

Hello guys!

I bought fluke vt04 on Xianyu website in China as not working unit. When disassembled I noticed that small clock battery had leaked out and destroyed the second camera (not IR one). Cound someone help me to identify the camera and the leads. SMD connector on main pcb looks like is 22 pin vertical FFC FPC. But I cannot find the rest. Maybe there is some phone/tablet camera that can work here as replacement?
Or how that can be restored? I see that the acid from the battery had dissolved all contacts and destroyed pads..
