Strange SMD component

Hello !
I encountered this strange component on a PCB. Its package is cylindrical and it has four terminal forming a "cross". Its label is prefixed by "U" and two of its terminals are grounded. The only marking is a "3".
Do you have any idea what it can be?
Thanks!

U indicates an IC. The footprint and pinout is typical of RF transistors or amplifiers. So very likely it is an IC RF amplifier of some sort, LNA or PA (low power)

Thanks for the tip! This is probably a Mini-Circuits ERA-3SM.
