Belts for a Denon DCD-CX3 CD player

Hello people!

I'm looking and cannot find replacement belts for a Denon DCD-CX3 CD player.

It is an old unit and it has 3 belts which are quite thick, aprox 2, 3 and 4 mm, and about 5 cm in diameter.

Part numbers in the Service Manual are:

00D 9KA 2G96 8   BELT FIRST
00D 9KA 2G97 1   BELT SECOND
00D 9KA 2G97 2   BELT THIRD

Any idea where can I search for these, other than the usual?

You could buy a bunch of belts and try whatever that fits: https://www.ebay.com/b/Cassette-Belts/48645/bn_7023229626

There are all sorts of belts on eBay and Amazon.

Thank you for the relply. I've spent quite a while searching online (ebay, etc.) and considered those, but the ones I've seen are always not more than 2mm in thickness, which don't work..

Check the product description for each one of them. It specifies the size of the belts. they are between 2-4mm depending on the length.

Thany for your reply and help. Sorry for the possible confusion in my original description but the belts are square in section, not flat.

Glad you found some generic replacements. If that does not workout leave a saved search with your exact model on ebay to your email.
Sometimes you get lucky, last year I got exact replacement belts for my 35+ year old Sony CDP-55 (If I remember the model correctly) for I guy that was retiring and selling off his inventory.
It was new-old-stock in the original Sony sealed envelope for about $25 including shipping.
