Samsung ue40es5500

Hi..
I have a problem with lcd tv.
There is no sound on speakers.. I cannot find a datasheet of audio IC NTP 7412, so I don't now how locate the problem.. any suggestions?

That's completely different IC.

If you cannot find schematic for your TV, there should be others with this particular IC. Try searching from that end instead of searching for datasheet.
