Load switches
« on: February 10, 2022, 06:19:07 pm »
Could someone please identify these load switches ?

They are functionally and electrically identical to the following:

SiP32462DB-T2-GE1, Vishay Siliconix, 50 mOhm, Slew Rate Controlled Load Switch, Vin = 1.2V - 5.5V, 1.2A, marking AH, WCSP4:

SiP32458, SiP32459, Vishay Siliconix, 20 mOhm, Slew Rate Controlled Load Switch, Vin = 1.5V - 5.5V, 3A, marking AA or AB, WCSP6:

I also need help to ID this component:

I'm guessing that it is an electronic fuse or another load switch. "CK" is the part code.

This appears to be the ballout:

Code: [Select]
+3.3V in   O  O   output
+3.3V in   O  O   output
+3.3V in   O  O   ground

I found this part which has a "CK" branding and compatible pinout, but it seems wrong because it is atypical for an SSD. The marking style seems similar to other Analog Devices packages, but I haven't found an image of this particular chip.

ADP1196ACBZ, Analog Devices, Logic Controlled High-Side or Low-Side Load Switch, 5V, 3A, 0V - 5.5Vin, marking CK, WLCSP-6:
https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/adp1196.pdf

I haven't found anything on the "794DKI" part, but TI's TPS22954 load switch has a "ZDKI" marking, and "PDKI" is a power MUX (TPS2103) ...
