Sartorius Ge 512 0ce will not turn on

i just got a used balance of sartorius GE51- 0ce model but it will not turn on when i push the on button. before shipping it was ok. any help is welcome. thanks

Open it and see if there's anything obvious like loose wires or connectors.
Does the PSU deliver the correct voltages?

open and check with a multimer IF yes or no the PSU works

Also, check if there is a fuse that might be blown. You may have to open it to do that.
