I'm also still in search of one that would cost less than the scope itself.
The other option was design a flexible PCB holding the opamp for the reference voltages + micro conroller for I²C to relay control that would piggyback to the T-ASIC and solder relativley easily to the TQFP leads.

I talked to Markus and he hasn't found the golden pot of Philips Asics. His T-Asic had data lines shorted and removing the short solved the problem. The search continues. I'm gonna check for shorted data lines. If I can't fix it, which I probably can't, I'm gonna sell the meter with good power and data Asic on eBay. Thanks Markus!
