Rpair asus K551L headphone jack

Hello, I have an asus K551L laptop with a broken headphone jack. At first glance i told myself easy fix...
But unlike traditional components 3.5 headphone jack dont have serial number, and there is a wake tone of differents types chapes standards which make finding the right one impossible with my current knowledge.

The jack is a 3.5 mm 5 pins with microphone and insertion détection.

I ask for help to find the right part and teach me more about headphones jack standards.
