TEKTRONIX 2465 with DMM Test 76 Fail 01

Hello,

I have a problem with my Tek Scope. It shows Test 76 Fail 01. The maual says Malfunction of DMM, or if this is the only failure V/F input Multiplexer U5020 input pin 2.

I recapped the PSU and the DMM. I already changed U5020, but the fault is still there.

I can ignore the fault and use the DMM with no problems.

Does anyone have any Idea what to to?

I would recal the DMM and see if that fixes it.
