SMD component identification
« on: May 11, 2022, 06:28:58 pm »
Hello everybody, I'm repairing a washing machine board and one of these smd components is dead. I tryed to look online but could not find anything conclusive with the A25 marking... Does anyone have an idea what it could be and the reference?

Thanks!

Funnily enough I replaced 4 of these today on a powered speaker.

The marking is A2, and in my case they were a bog standard 1N4148 diode.

I just had to see if this diode had its own page at Wikipedia.

Sure enough ...

Thank you so much! I just looked for the A25 and never thought it could be just A2... Mistery solved 👍

Above link can be helpful to know  SMD components from their markings. After you find the type of component,  match with datasheet
