I have a Signadyne branded H3353 PXIe AWG that has suffered some physical damage to the back of the board and has sheered off a part, so I was hoping someone would have a card they could get the IC code off of or if someone could come up with a valid one from the few pictures available.

The IC is U29 on the back of the board with the connector (exposed side on the left side of the module), it's a little SOT-23-5 package IC with a smallish SMD inductor and a couple caps right next to it, and best guess I think it's a boost converter (it's definitely some kind of switchmode converter).  Pin 2 is ground, pin 5 connects to both caps and one end of the inductor, the other end of the inductor is 94 ohms to a different power rail, but I haven't verified the connection on the chip itself (could be damaged traces from the part ripped off, other parts have been damaged this way).  I've found two fairly high resolution pictures from ebay listings of the back of the board which look to be an identical layout as mine, but the clearer picture appears to have a device code of "718C", but I haven't been able to match it to anything, and it's blurry enough I could be missing something.

If someone has a card and could confirm or could find a datasheet from the number pulled off the images, I'd love to attempt a repair - the damage seems to be just some scraped off parts on this board and the card should be quite capable.
