Wouxun KG-UV2D & KG-UV3D Fix - Flash Repair

In trying to keep these out of the trash can I posted a how-to and video on repairing these radios.  The stock flash chips wears out and its an easy fix.

Nice.  I am going to bookmark the video just in case someone in the club needs help.  I have hot air so should be an easy fix.

Feel free to share.   You can get the IC off with cutters as it is a leaded surface mount you just have to be really careful not to tug on a trace.  I'm sure tons of these have already went into the trash and hopefully this saves a few.
