Bose SoundDock Series 2

I'm attempting a repair on Bose SoundDock and the indication is that the DSP is the culprit and as it is the dominant PCB, everything passes through it which includes the diagnostic routines.

I believe the cause of the problem to be the cap shown in the accompanying photo on which I can get no reading whatsoever but I can on the others, there 8 in total and strangely enough it also the only one on the board that does not show its full rating, or am I missing something here?

I cannot find a service manual anywhere for this at all, seems that they might be like Apple in that dept.
